Scarcely a day goes by without us hearing that XYZ car company has added support for a voice-based personal assistant in its cars. But is this entirely a good thing? Are there negatives? Are we just opening-up another can of data worms whereby tech companies can take over control of processes happening in the car, prising control out of the cold dead hands of the car industry giants? Connected Car talked this through with Abdulkarim Belhoula, Head of Advanced Technologies, Infotainment & Connectivity Business Unit, Continental Automotive.
